At a prestigious property in Virginia Water, we collaborated with the forensic team Burgoynes to identify the source of a water leak in the swimming pool of a private, high-net-worth residential house. Ensuring the protection and seclusion from dust and damage was a priority for this luxurious property. Following the initial inspection, we carefully opened up the area surrounding the pool to investigate the source. Once detected, the leak was isolated, allowing us to carry out the necessary repairs before beginning the drying process.

We sourced like-for-like flooring and finishes, including specialist wallpaper before fully reinstating the lower ground floor basement, which included an entertainment kitchen, bar, cinema room, gym, sauna, swimming pool, AV room, and plant room.
