Following the discovery of a water leak beneath the cement screed of the swimming pool, we were instructed to ensure thorough protection of the area before proceeding with the removal of a substantial section of floor tiles, screed, insulation, and 1m of wall plaster to prepare for reinstatement. The entire pool house was excavated and cleared from the site in just three days by a team of six individuals. This task was quite challenging, considering it required the removal of five full, six-yard skips from the site, with a distance of 40 meters between the site and the skip.
