The property suffered damage spanning three floors, and required replacement bespoke wooden and stone flooring. The vast front doors were removed to accommodate the new stone flooring, then reinstated and French polished along with the stairwell balustrade. Knoetze always invest back into our projects, with air purifiers and scrubbers to assist in dust extraction alongside our dust confinement units, and arranged for a complimentary sparkle clean of the 30-foot chandelier in the hallway.
