This property sustained extensive fire damage and required a full internal reconstruction. All fire‑affected materials were removed and the building was taken back to its structural elements. A complete strip out was carried out throughout the property, including removal of damaged plaster, ceilings, joinery, floor coverings and services.
Following the strip out, new mechanical and electrical installations were completed. This included a full rewire, new consumer unit, upgraded plumbing runs and installation of all sanitary and heating pipework.

A new kitchen and bathroom were fitted, with all associated first‑ and second‑fix works completed to current building standards. New windows and external doors were installed to replace units damaged by heat and smoke.

Internal reinstatement included new subfloors where required, full plastering to walls and ceilings, and preparation for decorative finishes. Final works involved complete decoration and installation of new floor coverings in all rooms, restoring the property to a safe and compliant condition.
