About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trader to join our team for sites across Surrey and Greater London. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end residential renovations and refurbishments. This role requires a versatile tradesperson who can work independently, travel between sites, and complete high-quality work efficiently.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out renovation and reinstatement works on high-end residential properties.
Conduct multi-trade tasks including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating.
Work efficiently on both reactive and planned works.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are met while working on-site.
Travel across multiple sites in Surrey and Greater London, managing time effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter / Multi-Trader in maintenance and repairs.
Strong skills in carpentry and residential renovation works
Multi-trade experience, including basic plumbing, tiling, and decorating, is advantageous.
Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel essential
Own tools and PPE preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
