About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Please note we are recruiting for renovation/reinstatement jobs and not for new build/building sites. There are occasions where you might be asked to work Saturdays*
Requirements
Duties
Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness.
Operate hand tools and machinery as required.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to management promptly.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 year in a labouring role is essential.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations is preferred.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
A valid UK driver's licence is a must.
