Our high-net-worth (HNW) claims are personally managed at Director level and it has been our pleasure to have been involved in restoring some beautiful and unique homes over many years. Repairs are carried out to the highest standards by our own directly employed operatives and affiliated approved subcontractors backed by a team of contract managers who together ensure a seamless reinstatement. All claims, regardless of scope are handled by a dedicated contract manager who will see the project through to completion. Our reinstatement division is structured to enable us to react quickly and efficiently to insured perils where damage has occurred by way of subsidence, fire, storm, accidental, impact or escape of water.
Market leading IT workflow solutions ensure that every stage of the process is managed and documented. This allows us to comply in full with our SLA obligations to the insurance company whilst retaining the flexibility required to provide a fast moving repair for the policyholder.
