Knoetze have been awarded this reinstatement after tendering for it back in February. A damaged seal on the hot water tank of this townhouse leaked steam for weeks on this property whilst the owners were away, which then developed in to mould. Nearly the entire property had to be stripped out before reinstatement could start. We are glad to say that this is nearly complete now and the outcome is stunning.

Sixteen weeks of insurance reinstatement in Virginia Water has now come to an end. The complete refurbishment of this luxury ground floor 'entertainment' area was stripped bare and fully reinstated. It included the grand hall, stairs and landing, a bar area, a cinema room, a gym, a sauna, a cloakroom, a shower room, a kitchenette, as well as the swimming pool area. All materials were sourced to match what was original installed and both the insurance company and client are extremely happy with the results.
